I have a strong foundation in product and UX design, with deep experience designing intelligent systems across the ML and AI spectrum - from predictive analytics and recommendations to assistive AI and agentic systems.

How I design AI systems
Across products, I return to the same questions about authority, uncertainty, human control, failure and observable behavior.
1. Define authority
What can the AI observe, recommend, prepare, execute or never do?
2. Design uncertainty
How does the system represent confidence, ambiguity, incomplete evidence and competing hypotheses?
3. Design handoffs
When does control move from agent → human, human → agent, or one agent → another?
4. Make reasoning legible
Show the evidence and rationale users need to make the next decision - not raw chain-of-thought.
5. Design failure
What happens when the model is wrong, the action fails, data changes, or the system exceeds its authority?
6. Evaluate behavior
Define success criteria, edge cases and observable tests for AI behavior, not only interface usability.
