Privacy Policy

Tournament OS is a badminton tournament organizer developed by KRPA Designs LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how the current V1 app handles information when you create and manage a tournament.

Tournament OS may process information that you enter into the app to organize a tournament, including:

• tournament names and setup details;
• player names and team assignments;
• match schedules and tournament structure;
• game and match scores; and
• standings, progression, and tournament results.

Tournament OS V1 does not require an account or sign-in. The app is designed to store tournament information locally on the organizer's device so that tournaments can be created, resumed, scored, and completed on that device.

Tournament OS does not intentionally transmit tournament names, player or team information, schedules, scores, standings, or results to KRPA Designs LLC servers in the current V1 app.

Information entered into Tournament OS is used to provide the tournament-management features requested by the organizer, such as creating teams, generating schedules, saving scores, calculating standings, and progressing through tournament stages.

The current V1 app does not contain third-party advertising. KRPA Designs LLC does not sell personal information collected through Tournament OS.

Tournament OS is an Android application built using Expo and React Native and distributed through Google Play. Android, Google Play, device manufacturers, and software infrastructure providers may process technical or diagnostic information independently under their own terms and privacy policies. Tournament OS does not control those platform-level practices.

Tournament data remains on the device according to the app's local storage behavior until it is removed through available app controls, the app's storage is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Device or operating-system backup settings may separately affect whether application data is backed up or restored.

We design Tournament OS to minimize unnecessary data handling by keeping V1 tournament information on the organizer's device. No storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, and users should protect access to their devices accordingly.

Tournament OS is designed for adult tournament organizers and is not directed to children. The current app does not require users to create accounts or provide age information.

If Tournament OS later adds cloud synchronization, accounts, analytics, online tournament sharing, payments, advertising, or other features that change how information is handled, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe those practices.

We may update this policy when Tournament OS changes or when legal or platform requirements change. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
